Hera Pheri

Raju, a naive but optimistic man, and his friend Shyam, a hardworking yet unlucky guy, find themselves living in a cramped apartment in Mumbai. Both struggle to make ends meet—Raju is desperate for money, and Shyam works at a dead-end job, constantly trying to make a better life.

Their lives take an unexpected turn when they meet Baburao Ganpatrao Apte, a quirky and good-hearted but eccentric man who runs a small garage. Baburao is burdened with a mountain of debt and is constantly harassed by loan sharks. He’s also a bit of a dreamer and has his own crazy ideas to escape his troubles.

The trio’s lives collide when they accidentally get involved in a phone call mix-up with a gangster (Kabira). The call, intended for the gangsters’ ransom money, leads them to believe they’ve hit the jackpot. Thinking they have a chance to solve all their problems, they come up with a plan to take the money.

However, things spiral out of control as misunderstandings, mistaken identities, and comedic situations ensue. Raju, Shyam, and Baburao find themselves in hilarious yet precarious situations, all while trying to outsmart the dangerous gangsters chasing them.

In the end, after a series of chaotic events, the trio finally manages to escape the gangsters and get back to their original lives—still broke, but richer in experience.
